Upon collection, each item is individually barcoded and tracked in our system, and photos of each item are taken shortly after arrival at our storage facility. You will then be able to see a searchable list of all of your items within our mobile app or website, and can conveniently schedule your delivery from there. Our CS team is also available should you require assistance.
